AV Week Conference Panel Discussion

IEM's President, Tom Kann was invited to participate in The Power of AV panel discussion hosted by InfoComm International at the annual AV Week Conference held in Washington, DC. The panel consisted of a group of respected industry professionals who discussed the important role AV technologies play in creating successful meetings. The audience, a mixture of corporate and association meeting planners, learned more about the AV industry and how to use AV technologies to maximize the impact of their event's message.

The Forum features a panel of respected industry professionals from around the world sharing solutions to common problems and insight into issues currently facing the audio visual industry.

IEM Selected as
Producer of Record for
the 2009 ENOVIA
Customer Conference
After an in depth search and proposal process, ENOVIA (a division of Dassault Systèmes) has chosen Integrated Event Management (IEM) as the creative and technical event producer for the 2009 ENOVIA Customer Conference (ECC 2009) in Orlando, Florida this fall.
IEM, a leading production and technical event management firm, will work closely with ENOVIA's team on all aspects of messaging for the meeting including web-based promotions, video production (both pre-produced and on-site), content creation, and live entertainment. In addition to these creative services, IEM will provide audio, video, lighting, scenic design, presentation management, and on-site technical and labor support for all of the conference's general sessions and breakout sessions.

IEM's Joint Venture Celebrates
One Year Anniversary
GMET (Global Medical Educational Technologies), a joint venture between IEM and MCJ Consulting, provides and hosts Internet streaming of live and pre-recorded meeting content and continuing medical/scientific education courses either as a pay-per-view or password-protected free access site.
"Even with event budgets tightening and travel costs soaring, our customers can still deliver their important meeting content and vital educational support to their intended audience with GMET's web-based content platform", says Phil Haney, IEM Vice President. GMET provides a convenient, on-line learning environment where professionals can view, test, and even receive continuing education credit on-line from literally anywhere in the world.

IEM Provides Technical Support and Presentation Management for the 2009
ISAKOS Congress in Osaka, Japan
In April 2009, IEM will be traveling to Osaka, Japan to provide technical coordination and Presentation Management to the International Society for Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Sports Medicine (ISAKOS) for their biennial meeting. This high-profile medical conference will host over 2000 surgeons from around the world. IEM will also be capturing key components of this meeting utilizing its Instant ArchiveT technology. This will extend the life of these advance scientific presentations by making them available on the web after the meeting.
In February, IEM will oversee the production of 12 surgical demonstrations by some of the leading international orthopaedic surgeons in Las Vegas, Nevada. The hour long segments will be produced utilizing High Definition (HD) cameras, HD arthroscopic cameras, and HD switching and engineering. These demonstrations will be edited and presented during the Osaka meeting in April 2009.
Since 2003, IEM has been ISOKAS's technical production management service provider for conferences in New Zealand, Italy, and the United States.

CIGNA Corporation Selects IEM to Produce Their Key Meetings in 2009
CIGNA Corporation has selected IEM as the Producer of Record for their most important meetings in 2009. For more than 10 years, the IEM production team has had the privilege of producing the CIGNA Gold Circle Meeting (CIGNA's premier annual sales incentive event). In addition to the 2009 Gold Circle Meeting, IEM will also be producing CIGNA's Client Forum (annual National Account customer event), as well as the company's National Sales Meeting with expected attendance of 1,400 sales and sales support staff.
